Hi! I’m Niki and I’m an certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Nutrition Wellness Coach with a global practice based out of Toronto and I am also a intuitive empath, a mom and the creator of The Fierce & Fit Body Formula. 


I help busy women in their 30's & 40's lose weight & tone in a sustainable way without having to spend hours in the gym, giving up their favourite foods or counting calories so they can feel confident & amazing in their body.
