Niki Watts is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Wellness Specialist, and Yoga Instructor 200 RYT with over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry, helping 100's of women get back in shape, lose that last 10-25 lbs, become lean and toned all over, and helps them achieve their goals!
She is founder of Tai Fitness and the Fierce Metabolic Fit Fusion Formula: A 90 Day Program To Increase Metabolism & Melt Fat At An Accelerated Level.
We do this by creating and publishing high quality, industry-leading unique free & paid fitness training & holistic wellness content that teaches them how to get fit, take back control and transform their bodies & minds.

I love what I do and am so passionate about helping women take charge of their health! I love being able to empower them with the movement, nutrition & mindfulness tools they need so they can get results they want, be healthier and happier, and feel sexy and confident in their body.
I am a certified Personal Trainer & Yoga coach with over 15 years of experience specializing in weight loss, toning, strength training, and flexibility training. I have worked in several gyms over the years, transforming the lives of hundreds of women, and have hosted fitness & wellness workshops & classes in person and online in Toronto.
After years of dealing with chronic pain from scoliosis & sciatica, movement became my medicine and is what helped me reduce and manage pain. After having my daughter, had post-partum depression, anxiety and panic attacks for 4 years, I learned how to exercise and yoga as a way to manage my physical, mental and emotional well-being. In 2013, went through my own weight loss struggle where no matter what I did, I couldn't lose the weight. It took some trial and error, researching and investing in my health and following a hormone balancing protocol, that I was able to lose 20 lbs of stubborn fat, get my energy back and get back to my ideal size again.
After finding answers, it became my mission once again to help other women and mothers who were going through the same thing and share these training tools and methods to help them live a healthier more vibrant life, and to help them achieve their fitness & health goals, so they can feel confident and amazing inside & out!

Before training with Niki I was not at a weight I was happy with and I wasn't as toned/fit as I wanted to be. I had no idea how to get started! After I found Niki, I knew that the services she was offering was just what I was looking for, and for a great price too! Being motivated to workout and be consistent was a huge struggle but Niki definitely kept me on track and working towards my goals. She was so great with curating a workout plan that suited my needs and was able to provide modifications when needed. I loved that I had the opportunity to do one to one training which was what I was looking for. From the personal training I hoped to learn proper form to do workouts at home and in the gym to attain my goal of a tighter tummy, bigger glutes, and stronger upper body. Now that Niki has helped me improve my form and taught me different workouts to do at home and in the gym, I have been starting to workout independently and I feel great! I was in pain a lot in my body due to breast cancer treatments and medication . Very hard to walk , go up and down using the stairs. I was looking to a way to improve my mobility and find your personal service training while I’m searching the web . So I decided to try it knowing that the exercise will be customized for me It is very good experience, I enjoyed working out with Niki. I have better mobility for sure and also learned how to stretch the area in my body that is very stiff. Chair yoga is also very good in relieving some stress. It was great to work with her. I learned so much, and was able to become more mobile and had lost weight too!
