Our Personal Training packages include: 1:1 training and accountability: each session is 1 hour long, and includes a warm up, a 45 minute workout and cool down (stretching, rolling, thai yoga) nutrition based on your unique body type and metabolism. We also offer online training and coaching for those who cannot make it to our studio, and for those who have busy schedules.
